We are the Official Parking for The Handmade Fair, Hampton Court

  • Where is the Parking?

The main car park is located on The Green at Hampton Court Palace, by the event site. We do have an overflow car park located 10 minutes’ walk from the show site. Parking spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. If arriving under sat-nav direction, the postcodes for the Car Parks are as follows: The Green at Hampton Court: KT8 9BU. Please follow the Yellow AA Signs that will direct you towards the event entrance.

  • What car park will I be parked in?

Your car will be parked within a green field site adjacent to The Handmade Fair Exhibition site.

  • What time do car parks open & close for the event?

The Car Parks will be open from 08:30 to 1700 and cars will not be permitted to be left overnight.

  • How much does the parking cost?

Pricing shown per event in advance is £8.80 *  per car and £16.50* for minibuses.  Prices on the day are £10.00* per car and £20.00* per minibus, so please book in advance. The Tariff boards are displayed on entry to the Car Park.*including booking fee

  • If I leave the car park, can I come back in?

Once your car has left the car park there will be no re-entry

  • Do you have disabled (Blue Badge) parking?

Yes, we do, Blue Badge parking is found near the front of the parking area. Due to this being private property there is no free parking for blue badge holders and Tariff charges per car still apply.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major debit and credit cards (Visa credit, Visa debit, Mastercard and Maestro). We use a secure third party payment provider who will never share your payment details with us, ensuring a secure payment experience. Please note American Express is not accepted. On the event day we will utilise a PDQ machines which may lose GPS signal as the event is based within a green field site therefore cash payment will also be accepted. 

  • How will I know if I have booked successfully?

Once your order has been processed and payment accepted you would receive a ‘Booking Reference Number’ by email, this is your proof of purchase and receipt.  You will need this to access the car park.  We advise that you either print off, or show on your smart phone for access to the car park. Our event day marshals have full list of the pre booked customers.

  • I am using a different car to the one I booked?

You may change your vehicle details by going into the ‘My Booking’ option

  • I have booked the wrong date?

You may change the date of your event by going into the ‘My Booking’ option

  • Can I get a refund on my booking?

Bookings are non-refundable except in the case of the cancellation of the event

  • How long does it take to exit the car parks?

Exits times can vary: however due to the location and due to the event being held over a weekend, the exit time is not expected to be longer than usual when leaving both The Green car park and the overflow blue car park.

  • I’m an exhibitor, do I have to pay and where do I park?

As an exhibitor please contact the event organiser directly to receive your access information, please email hfexhibitors@brandevents.co.uk for further details. Exhibitors will be parking within a separate area to the visitor parking area which will be marked out onsite.

  • What do I do if parking runs out?

     We have a large amount of parking available within both the green and blue car park, however if these car parks fill to capacity , we recommend going to the below link to find your nearest alternative parking option: https://en.parkopedia.com/
